PAD Smokes the competition!!

We are all out trying to catch Team Cry (3rd place). Adam and I did 2 Time Stations today (37 and 38) for a total of about 136miles. Team Cry was 18.5mph for TS 37 and 19.9mph for TS 38, while Adam and I were 19.9mph and 21.5mph!!!
We are feeling great! I can't wait to get back out there.
It is time to rest now.
Ever wonder what we do in order to not get stale while waiting our turn to bike? I mean we bike in 8mile stints between the two of us and while one is biking the other has to do something to warm up / avoid staleness :)
Here is Adam's warm up routine! (after his warm up he held 25mph for his 8miles.. no lie)

Sugar dance with prop's now. It is more streamlined with the aero helmet. I give it an 8.5.
