The Baker's Dozen is a 13hour Mountain Bike race in Leesburg, VA. Racers can compete in solo, solo single speed, 2 person and 3 person teams. AFC had 20+ team members in the race! It was a beautiful day.

2nd Annual UMBC Cycle-O-Thon

The UMBC Cycling Team is holding our 2^nd Annual Cycle-o-Thon on April 22^nd. The team has decided to put all the money that they raise towards AFC's RAAM fundraising efforts for Kupenda for the Childrean and Extreme Weekend.

What better day than Earth Day to raise support for the local cycling community as well as charitable support and awareness. The event will be the same as last year, two or three riders riding for 12 hours strait raising money for a cause. For a small donation, cyclists can also enjoy complimentary bike maintenance from the one and only Jon Posner. The club will also be selling T-shirts and water bottles, as well as giveaways for large donations.
